  • Freely returnable between ports
    (Currently, the ports are located at Fukuji Onsen Okuhida Banbakan and Fukuji Onsen Tsujijaya)

    ¥800(First 0-30 mins)＋¥300(per 30 mins after)
  • Please download the LUUP app and make a reservation from the app.
    Advance payment within the app is required.

How to Use

STEP. 1

Install the app and register age verification documents and credit card (first time only)

Pass all questions on the traffic rules test (first time only)

STEP. 3

Find a port to rent a vehicle
(Currently, the ports are located at Hirayu Onsen Okuhida Base and Fukuji Onsen Okuhida Banbakan)

STEP. 4

Choose an electric kickboard

STEP. 5

Launch the app and scan the vehicle’s QR code

STEP. 6

After setting the return port, start the ride
*You can change the return port at any time during the ride.

Place it within the green frame of the port to be returned.

STEP. 9

Launch the app, tap End Ride, take a photo of the port and bike, and tap End to complete the return.
